SPRINGSURE WORKING HORSE ASSOCIATION - Rescheduled.
Due to wet weather the Springsure show has been rescheduled from the 13th and 14th August to the 10th and 11th September.

Cattle will now be available on Sunday from 10 o'clock in practice pens. Open and Non Pro Futurity horses take priority, then all other aged event horses followed by any others that are interested.
Following a recent resignation on the NCHA Board, a casual vacancy now exist. Rule 37 of the 2013 Constitution invites members to nominate themselves to fill this position. The NCHA has 53 affiliates that conduct shows, practice days and clinics throughout Australia. All levels of competition (including youth classes) are catered for with over 200 shows throughout Australia. These shows occur in Brisbane, Melbourne and at Sydney Royals and culminates with the NCHA National Finals in Tamworth, New South Wales. High Point Awards are highly prized and competitors travel many kilometres to achieve success.
The showcase of Cutting is the NCHA Futurity held every May/June in Tamworth. The Futurity has grown into the richest three year old performance horse event in the Southern Hemisphere. It incorporates the best cutting seen anywhere, the largest country/western rural trade display outside the metropolitan areas, restaurants, bars, big screen, live country music entertainers, and the NCHA Select Cutting Horse Sale which auctions some of the best bred performance horses in Australia.
