When playing, at the bottom of the screen is the letters HD > Click on these to bring up quality settings, you may need to drop down to Low depending on your internet connection, how many people on your bandwith network. Particularly in high volume times and areas.
If you have continuous trouble even on the low setting please Contact Us at 0418 923 355 but it will most likely be your network or the numbers of users on the same network as you. Particularly after school times and in the evening. Our tech team will respond to you as quickly as possible.
Our recommended browsers are Chrome (google) and Firefox. Internet Explorer seems to have issues, so please download Chrome or Firefox to play the webcast.
If you are hearing two lots of audio it may mean you have two browsers open at the same time. Close all your internet browsers and open only one page with the NCHA video streaming page. This should fix that issue.
If you had a login on the old pages (2017 Tamworth Futurity) but have yet to use it with the website or these streaming pages themselves then you do have a login, but has yet to be activated, please contact NCHA with your details and they can find and activate your account.
If you have a login, but cannot remember the password then please hit the forgot login button on the login window and it will generate you a new password and email it to you. Make sure you use the correct capitalisation when typing in a password and to include all of the password characters.
If you cannot click on a stream without logging in, this is a paid stream. The button on the video streams page will either say login for [stream name] access or Buy [stream name] access now. You will be required to be logged and have paid to watch that particular stream.
Some streams may be accessible for free, these will have links on the main video streaming page or if they are playing currently will automatically load.
The stream has not started yet, it should say at what time and date the stream will open.
The start time of the stream will generally be set before the event begins and may display a counter or other temporary information till the live event begins.
We start the day and our breaks with recognition to our sponsors and event advertisers.
If watching Rewatch, please press play and then just like a You Tube video you can scroll the white bar at the bottom of the player to scrub through the footage.
