Notification of important upcoming dates for Owners & Competitors ——–
- Monday 5 May run Alpha list. This will then be emailed as an Enewsletter.
- All existing entries to be paid in full by 5pm Monday 12 May otherwise will not be included in draw.
- SLOTS to be named by 5pm Monday 12 May with rego/age inspection papers provided, otherwise no action will be taken by the office. Any unnamed slots after the draws are completed must be named 2 hours prior to the first horse crossing the timeline for that event and there is a $330 fee. To sell an entry after the draws there is a $495 fee
- Cutoff for late entries to be included into the draw – 5pm Monday 12 May – NO EXCEPTIONS
- Draws to be done Wednesday 14 May
- All scratchings / rider changes etc from Thursday 15 May to be emailed to Nadean at shows@ncha.com.au
- Any late Limited / Amateur entries (to be added to an existing entry) must be entered and fully paid prior to the first horse crossing the timeline for that event.
